Frequently Asked Questions
The Maison
Muse Et Musée is a maison of objects, editions, and cultural work. Its independent practice explores design, material, image, and culture through considered creations and limited production.
Each piece belongs to a defined edition and has its own digital authentication record. Its identity, edition, and documented provenance form part of its history.
Each edition has a fixed production limit. Once an edition is closed or discontinued, it will not be reproduced or restocked.
Editions & Production

Not necessarily. Handmade construction and material treatments can produce subtle variations in stitching, surface, finish, and other details. These variations are not automatically defects, but every piece must still match its description and meet applicable legal requirements.
Each edition has a defined production limit. Once its available production has been exhausted or the edition has been discontinued, it will not be reproduced or restocked.
Each piece should be cared for according to its materials and construction. Refer to any care instructions provided with your purchase or contact connect@museetmusee.com if you need guidance.

Not necessarily. Variations arising from handmade construction or material treatments can be part of an individual piece. However, if a piece does not match its description or meet applicable legal requirements, the issue will be assessed accordingly.
Authentication & Digital Registry
Purchase directly through the official Muse Et Musée website at https://museetmusee.com. Each physical piece has a unique QR code linked to its individual digital registry.
Every physical piece has a unique QR code linked to its own digital registry. The registry identifies the individual piece and connects it to its design and limited edition. For more details visit the Provenance page.
Scan the QR code on your piece. On your first scan, you must create a Muse Et Musée account or sign in to an existing one. The piece is then assigned to your account, and its individual registry is created there.
No. Once a piece has been registered and assigned to an account, its QR code cannot be used to claim or register that piece again.
For registration issues, QR-code problems, or questions about your digital registry, contact connect@museetmusee.com. Include a description of the issue and relevant details about your piece. Never send your password or payment credentials.
